Grandad’s Farm Stop is opening in Madison this August and we are looking for our Store Manager. This is the number-two position at Grandad’s, responsible for leading daily operations, owning the café, and helping build the culture of a brand new business from the ground up. If you are passionate about local food, have real café experience, and want to be part of something meaningful from day one, we want to hear from you.

Grandad’s Farm Stop is a mission-driven local grocery and café launching in Madison, Wisconsin in August 2026. Through the power of locally grown food, we uplift local farmers, foster the growth of our regional food ecosystem, and nurture the well-being of our community. We connect Wisconsin farmers directly with customers through a farm stop model, a year-round indoor marketplace where farmers set their own prices and keep 70% of every sale. Alongside the market, we run a full-service café serving locally roasted coffee, pastries, smoothies, and more. We are a startup building something new in Madison, and this hire is central to making it work.
